Polystyrene
Is a basic material suitable for blocking, bracing and single impact cushioning
applications. Our computer controlled profiling equipment gives us the
ability to create a wide variety of shapes without the need for expensive
tooling.
Polyurethane
Polyurethane is an open cell material that is well suited for cushioning
light to medium weight products. We stock ester, ether, ELE, conductive,
and anti-static varieties.
Polyethylene
Polyethylene is a closed cell material used in medium to heavy cushioning
applications. New lighter density materials have recently expanded the
application range of this material. We stock this material from 1.5 lb./cu.ft
to 9 lb./cu.ft. in a variety of colors.
